Heidi’s seasonal fruit is sourced locally when available, to help ensure the old fruit varieties, rarely found in massed produced products, won’t be a thing of the past. Heidi’s secret is her knowledge of the pairings of different varieties of fruit to create complex flavours that will make your palate dance with delight.
