Heidi Jane seasonal preserves are handcrafted and cooked in small batches using traditional methods. Fruit is obtained from independent growers and small family farms mainly in the North Kent Area. Herbs from the garden are used to create classic and complex flavours. Putting the fruit at the forefront, minimum amounts of sugar, and no commercial pectin is used.
